Welcome to Caballero Co. This website and online store (the "Site") is operated by Caballero Co ("we", "us" or "our"), a business based in the United States. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

Products and Descriptions

We try to display product colors, sizing and details as accurately as we can. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, and sizing can differ slightly between styles. Sizes are listed in the measurements on each product page; please review them before ordering. We do not warrant that descriptions or images are completely error-free.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Customers outside the United States may be responsible for import VAT, duties and taxes as described in our Shipping Policy.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including because of stock availability, errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges, refunds and the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Legal Guarantee

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you benefit from statutory legal guarantee rights regarding the conformity of goods, in addition to the rights described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including the Caballero Co name, logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or using automated tools to scrape the Site or place orders.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country.
